Want to know if I can create an image and send it instead of the text. Or is there a way to format the text say with HTML so I could add colors, fonts, etc…?
The API for SMS only supports simple text format (no support for HTML format) and does not support MMS features like picture or file attachment.
If you want to send picture as an attachment in a chat message from one account user to another account user, you can use the Chat API.
